James Arthur and Kelly Clarkson Release Duet of ‘From The Jump’

James Arthur has teamed up with Kelly Clarkson for a heartfelt duet on “From the Jump,” a new version of the track from his album Bitter Sweet Love.

“When I heard Kelly’s vocals on this, my mind was blown. What a great honor to have someone of her caliber feature on one of my favorite songs from this body of work,” Arthur said in a press release.

Clarkson, for her part, commended Arthur’s vocals, saying she “was stoked” when he sent her the song, which she described as having a “singer/songwriter vibe with pop elements of catchiness that I really dig.” “I love singing with artists who inspire me and vocalists I adore,” she said. “That’s my favorite kind of duet partner … The melody is beautiful, and the writing is so great that I was very excited to sing on it with him!”
