We are back with Notable Music Monday and some awesome releases. Check out the new releases and reviews below!
Graham Alex | “City Limits” and “Hemingway Novel”
Graham Alex just released his new ep, City Limits. We have decided to review 2 of the tracks, “Hemingway Novel,” and “City Limits.” Both tracks are really compelling. The title track has more of heavier feel to it which is probably my favorite sound. When you pair that heavy feel with the acoustic sound later on, it goes perfectly together. Both tracks put his vocals in the forefront. This is smart considering how strong his vocals are. Even the harmonies are on point as well. All in all, both tracks are a great addition to a really well done EP. Make sure you give the EP a listen above and add it to your playlists.
George Dewhurst | “Little by Little”
George Dewhurst just released his new track, “Little by Little.” This song is one of my favorites this week. The melody is infectious and pairs well with his voice. He has one of my favorite voices that I have heard in a long time. When it comes to being a vocalist, there are just some things that you can’t teach, and his tone is one of them. He does a great job at capturing the emotion of the song and telling his story to his audience. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
Calvin Savio | “Summer Getaway”
Calvin Savio is a 20 year old upcoming pop punk / hip hop artist from Nashville TN. His style matches those as MGK, Mod sun, Juice WRLD, and jxdn with his own unique style. “Summer Getaway,” is such an energetic track that will make you want your own Summer Getaway. The backing track/instrumentals are well done and compliment his vocals completely. This is definitely one that should be added to your playlists.

After writing for a few different artists in the area, he decided to branch out and give local music the spotlight. That is where the idea for Music On The Rox originated from.
