Ryan Hurd |”Every Other Memory”
Ryan Hurd has written songs that have been recorded by Blake Shelton, Maren Morris, Tim McGraw and many more. He celebrated his first #1 Single as a songwriter with the Grammy and CMA nominated duet, “Lonely Tonight,” which was recorded by Blake Shelton and Ashley Monroe.
Now he is back with his new single, “Every Other Memory.” This is a very unique sounding Country song. It has a California beach, summer, chill vibe to it while still staying true to Country Music. That combination works beautifully in this release. “Every Other Memory,” gives you the nostalgia feels. It’s a love story that is even more amplified by the background vocals. They both compliment each other very well and gets you in the feels. The instrumentals are on point as well.
I keep trying to figure out my favorite part of this song but I can’t pick just one. Vocals are on point and are very relaxing. Instrumentals keep you hanging on in the song. The story of the song is worth telling. All in all, this is a super strong release. At the time of this review, I am on listen number 9 and it still feels fresh.
