Lauren Davidson is originally based in New York City/New Jersey but is also a CMA Artist and a Recording Academy Member. She also kicked off ht year by performing at Madison Square Garden for the 2020 PBR tour. Her voice is pretty unique. It has a more Classic Country feel with a modern twist.
With her new release, she is letting us know that “Love Ain’t Fair.” This is such a fun song about the ups and downs of being in love. In this song, she is actually giving me serious Miranda Lambert vibes. The vocals are spot on and the instrumentals are strong as well. The cool thing about Country Music is that most of the time, it tells a story. Lauren does a great job at making people believe that “Love Ain’t Fair.” I could see this song being a crowd favorite at one of her shows.
