Sunday

We are back with our Sunday Funday Roundup. Check out the full tracks and reviews below!

Nicky Youre | “Eyes On You”

Nicky Youre is back with a new track, “Eyes On You.” This is such an energetic single. The backing track/instrumentals are good and do a great job at showing off Nicky Youre’s vocals. He has such a good voice and it is great to hear it at the forefront of the song. Definitely a strong start to our Sunday Funday Roundup. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

Billy Raffoul | “I Wish You Were Here”

Billy Raffoul just released a new track, “I Wish You Were Here.” He has such a strong, unique voice that just stands out throughout the song. With the piano driven track, his vocals are on full display. This is smart, considering how strong his vocals are. With 950,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, he is a force to be reckoned with. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

Galaxy Thief | “I Need You”

Galaxy Thief just released a new track, “I Need You.” This is definitely one of my favorites this week. The instrumentals are great and really shine a light on the vocals of the track. They are pushed to the front of the song, which is perfect for this genre. This reminds me of 90’s-early 2000’s rock, with a more fresh take. Everything comes back in cycles, so it is great to hear this era again. With this track, they are poised to have a hit on their hands. Absolutely stunning performance. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

JES | “Where Are You Now”

JES, a chart topping, award winning New Yorker has packed four solo albums, two Billboard #1 singles, international touring and countless superstar DJ collaborations into a constantly evolving career. She just released a new track, “Where Are You Now.” The song is very upbeat and does a great job at featuring her vocals throughout. With a throwback, 80’s feel, the instrumentals suit her voice perfectly. Definitely a strong performance to close out our Sunday Funday Roundup. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
