Izzie Derry | “Wasted Love”

Izzie Derry’s music career began when she was just 15 years old, after performing in public for the first time. Her talent was immediately recognized and she was offered multiple gigs, including a spot at the Godiva Festival. She has since performed in various venues across the UK and has released five records and multiple singles. In 2017, Izzie moved to Brighton and began collaborating with her band, which allowed her to further develop her live performances and expand the instrumentation on her records. Her latest release, “Wasted Love,” is an exceptional track, featuring outstanding vocals that blend seamlessly with the instrumentals. This is truly a stunning performance that deserves a spot on your playlists.

Emme | “Ugly Tears”

Emme, an electronic pop singer-songwriter and producer from Canada, is known for her emotive vocals and sincere lyrics set against driving pop beats. Her debut album, Avalanche, which was entirely self-written and self-produced, demonstrated her versatility as well as her skill in thematic songwriting and production. Now, she released her most promising single to date, “Ugly Tears,” as the first release from her upcoming project. It is a harbinger of a new era for Emme, one that is filled with drama, love, heartbreak, sweeping synths, and anthemic choruses. It is a song about the fears and insecurities that arise from being vulnerable in a relationship and allowing someone to see one’s true self. “Ugly Tears,” is an ode to authenticity and discovering the true meaning of love. This is such a well done track. Her vocals are stunning and are showcased throughout the track. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

laye | “touching myself”

Singer and songwriter, laye has recently dropped a new track titled “touching myself”. The song is absolutely captivating and brilliantly executed. Laye’s exceptional voice is a perfect match for the punk rock feel of the track. Her vocals are absolutely breathtaking, and they’re showcased flawlessly throughout the song. If you’re a fan of punk rock, this is definitely a must-listen. Don’t miss out on adding this incredible track to your playlists.
