Sean Doherty | “before you’re gone”
Sean Doherty‘s music is unique and something special. He just released a new track, “before you’re gone.” This is such a well done song. The instrumentals are beautiful and pair well with his vocals. He has one of those voices that cuts through the music and demands your attention. His tone and delivery are both something that a lot of artists strive for. Definitely a strong start to our New Music Friday playlist. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
Seafret | “Wonderland”
Seafret have come full circle. The Northern duo – Jack Sedman and Harry Draper – took on the world, releasing debut album ‘Tell Me It’s Real’ in 2016. It’s a record dominated by their move to London, signing to a major label, and plunging head-first into an industry they could scarcely understand. Now it’s just them. Seizing their independence, the pair returned to their hometown to work on their new material. They just released a new track, “Wonderland.” We have featured them a few times, and each time, it is always something special. There is so much energy packed in this track. The vocals are outstanding. They do a great job at showing off the vocals, all while never losing the energy of the song. Definitely a standout this week. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

Jerrett Franklin grew up in a small town. He moved to Nashville to pursue a music career. After writing for a few different artists in the area, he decided to branch out and give local music the spotlight. That is where the idea for Music On The Rox originated from. We are dedicated to shining a light on local music and giving a voice to those who aren’t being heard.
