“I’m so excited about my last show in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena and the amazing lineup of artists,” Milsap said in a media statement. “This night will be so special for me and all the fans. I love Nashville and the amazing career my fans have given me.”

A six-time Grammy Award winner and 2014 inductee into the Country Music Hall of Fame, Milsap built a career on rousing, piano-backed performances. His steady stream of hitmaking in the 1970s and ’80s bridged country with sounds of pop, R&B and rock ‘n’ roll music; he notched dozens of chart-topping country hits and crossover success in his decades-long career, including “(There’s) No Gettin’ Over Me,” “It Was Almost Like A Song,” “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It For The World” and Tennessee state song “Smoky Mountain Rain.” Check out Kelly Clarkson’s version below!
