Wild Wednesday

We are back with our Wild Wednesday playlist. Check out the new tracks and reviews below!

Alok | “Always Feel Like”

With a strong resume full of remixes and collaborations with artists such as The Rolling Stones to Zara Larsson, from Jason Derulo to Tove Lo, and more, Brazilian Alok has gained an immense international following and is currently having his global breakout moment. He already has the second-largest Instagram following of any electronic artist globally (over 27M), and his 20M devoted monthly listeners on Spotify have made him the most listened to Brazilian artist in the world. Alok is back with a new track, “Always Feel Like.” The new mix is really well done. It is very energetic, and as always, production is on point. Definitely one that will get you up and moving. Make sure to give this one an add to your playlists.

GAYLE | “god has a sense of humor”

After bursting on the scene with “abcdefu,” GAYLE has all the momentum in music. She is back with a new track, “god has a sense of humor.” This is such a catchy single. The backing track is really well done and compliment her vocals beautifully. She has such a great voice. She does a great job at showcasing her vocals, all while keeping up the energy of the song. GAYLE proves once again that she is one to watch out for in the music scene. This is one that should be added to your playlists.

Max Boyle | “Bad For Me”

I have been a fan of Max Boyle since he made his appearance on The Voice. I was instantly attracted to not only his range, but the tone of his voice. He just released a new single, “Bad For Me.” Max’s soulful vocals are packed with so much emotion which is beautifully backed by a perfected production. It features intricate guitar riffs and intense drum patterns that create an overall upbeat and feel good atmosphere. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

MisterWives | “Wrongside”

I have been a MisterWives fan for a while now, so I was ecstatic that I got a chance to review one of their tracks. They just released, “Wrongside.” This is such an energetic song. The instrumentals are put together very well and give the vocals a chance to shine. Vocally, they are stunning. Not only do they get a chance to show off their versatility, but even get to experiment with different effects. Such a great song by one of my favorite groups of all time. Make sure you check this one out and add it to your playlists.
