Turntable Tuesday

We have a few new releases for Turntable Tuesday. Check out the full tracks and reviews below!

Red Letter Society | “Surrendered Hearts” – Live at Valley Student Conference

Red Letter Society just released, their live version of, “Surrendered Hearts,” which was recorded at the 2022 Valley Student Conference. Live versions of tracks have a special place in my heart, since it captures so much emotion. This version is really well done and has a ton of emotions attached. The vocals are really well done and are complimented by the instrumentals. All in all, it is a strong song that deserves to be heard. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

Ryan Morrissette | “Aliens” and “Everything Sucks” feat. LAMBOURNE

Ryan Morrissette just released his new EP. We have decided to review 2 of the singles on that EP. First up is, “Aliens.” This track has so much energy behind it. The instrumentals are intense and compliment the vocals completely. The vocals are powerful and show a lot of range, all the way til the end. Next up is, “Everything Sucks.”

“Everything Sucks,” is a track that a lot of people are going to relate to. When the song starts, you think it is going to be a slower paced song. Then the instrumentals kick in and the indie energy picks up. The vocals are also really strong in this track. They do a great job at keeping up the energy of the song, all while showing off their vocal range. Make sure to add this EP to your playlists.

Netsky feat. Rita Ora | “Barricades”

Netsky and Rita Ora just released the new video for their single, “Barricades.” This track is really well done. The backing track is absolutely insane and do a great job at showing off Rita Ora’s vocals. Her voice is so strong and it is really refreshing to hear in this kind of song. The production is on point. There is so much energy in this track, that you don’t want to quit listening to it. Make sure to put this one on your playlists.

Tanner Frame | “So Long”

Tanner Frame just released a new track, “So Long.” This is such a catchy song. Seriously, this melody and lyricism is contagious. That hook is really well done too. “So Long,” is one of those songs that you are going to be singing throughout the day and not even know it. I could see this one being a crowd pleaser at his shows as well. From the instrumentals to the vocals, this new single has it all. Tanner knocked it out of the park with this release. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
