Cyrus released its first installment, the six-track EP She Is Coming, in May 2019, with the single “Mother’s Daughter” arriving a few weeks later. Cyrus followed with “Slide Away” in August. She also teamed with Ariana Grande and Lana Del Rey for “Don’t Call Me Angel,” from the Charlie’s Angels soundtrack.
Miley Cyrus is back with her much anticipated comeback single, “Midnight Sky.” And what a comeback this is. First, you will notice that this sounds like an 80’s pop banger, and it is memorizing. This era is making a full comeback with the new, “Midnight Sky,” single. The lyrics are super catchy as well.
“I was born to run, I don’t belong to anyone, oh no, I don’t need to be loved by you.”
The vocals are absolutely stunning as well. I don’t think she has ever sounded better. This new Miley Cyrus era is going to be one to watch. “Midnight Sky,” is such a powerful song and will be a Pop Anthem in no time. If you aren’t already a fan, this new single will pull you in.
