Lost Saints | “Hookup”

The Lost Saints (Afton Addington, Chris Biano, Derrick Casteel) first sang together in Nashville in 2017. All of the group members grew up singing in church as well. The trio made their national tv debut on The Dailey & Vincent Show on Circle Plus , the brand new television and streaming platform from the Opry Entertainment Group.
We previously had the chance to review their singles, “We Don’t Fight,” and the “We Don’t Fight,” – Acoustic Version. Both of these songs are incredible so the bar is already set pretty high.
They are back with their new single, “Hookup.” This is a pretty fun loving song about just having a good time. This is the perfect Summer Time Country party song. Everything from the melody, lyrics and vocals are absolutely on point. My favorite parts of the song is when the harmonies start. Lost Saints are at their best when they have the harmonies going.
All in all, this is a fun song filled with a fun story, strong vocals and some awesome instrumentals. This is definitely a must have for your Summer Party playlist. Jerrett Franklin grew up in a small town. He moved to Nashville to pursue a music career. After writing for a few different artists in the area, he decided to branch out and give local music the spotlight. That is where the idea for Music On The Rox originated from. We are dedicated to shining a light on local music and giving a voice to those who aren’t being heard.
