Dylan Russell is back with a new single “Like You Lie.” After a successful release of his last single, “Wash My Hands of You, he is ready to make waves again. “Wash My Hands of You,” already has over 120,000 streams on Spotify alone. He has shown in previous releases that he is a force to be reckoned with.
“Like You Lie,” is all about moving on after a toxic relationship. Just like the previous release, Dylan does a great job at telling his story here and reeling the audience in. It is such a catchy song with an infectious melody. His voice is front and center and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. He has a way of tugging on your heartstrings and taking you along the journey with him as he navigates the lyrics.
If you are a fan of catchy songs with deeper meanings, you will love this song. It will be easy to have this one on repeat. Check our our previous review for “Wash My Hands of You,” while you are at it.
