These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Music On The Rox Pro membership (“Membership”), offered by Music On The Rox. By purchasing a Membership or submitting content, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Overview

Music On The Rox Pro is a yearly subscription service that provides artists, bands, managers, and labels with access to review consideration, playlist pitches, social promotion, and other promotional opportunities. Benefits begin immediately upon purchase.

2. Payments and Billing

Membership fees are billed annually through Stripe.
By purchasing, you authorize Music On The Rox to charge your payment method for the full annual amount.

All sales are final. No refunds are given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fewer releases than expected
  • Unused time
  • Artist roster changes
  • Deciding not to submit music

You may cancel your next renewal at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid term.

3. No Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
If any issue arises regarding your membership, access, or billing, you agree to contact us at officialmusicontherox@gmail.com so we can resolve it directly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership benefits.

4. Submission Guidelines

Members may submit music for review consideration throughout their membership year.

Music On The Rox reserves the right to decline content that:

  • Contains hate speech or discriminatory themes
  • Is plagiarized or violates copyright
  • Violates any laws
  • Contains explicit content not suitable for the platform’s editorial standards

Submission does not guarantee a full written review for every release.
However, at least one major release per year is guaranteed a full article, and other submissions receive priority consideration for reviews, playlists, and features.

5. Editorial Rights

By submitting music, artwork, or press content, you grant Music On The Rox permission to:

  • Review the release
  • Feature it on our website
  • Promote it on our social platforms
  • Add it to playlists
  • Use artwork or press photos for coverage

You retain full ownership of your music.
Music On The Rox claims no rights to publish, sell, or distribute your music outside of the review and promotional features provided.

6. Promotion & Social Media

Music On The Rox will promote selected member releases across platforms that may include:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Threads
  • Playlists on Spotify or Apple Music

Promotion frequency varies based on editorial schedule, release volume, and staffing.

7. Artist Roster (Label Plans)

Label/Management plans include up to ten artists.
Additional artists may be added for a fee.

Artist slots cannot be exchanged for other artists mid-membership unless approved.
Changes to your roster do not qualify for refunds or prorated credits.

8. Termination

Music On The Rox reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • Abuse of the submission system
  • Fraudulent payments
  • Chargebacks
  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct
  • Submitting unlawful or harmful content

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Music On The Rox is not responsible for:

  • Streaming performance
  • Press coverage outside our platform
  • Playlist placements beyond our own playlists
  • Third-party actions or algorithm changes
  • Financial or career outcomes of artist releases

This membership provides promotional opportunities, not guaranteed career results.
