January 21, 2021, a date that will go down as one of the most important dates in US history. Today, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were sworn in as the President and Vice President, respectively. Here are some of the Musical Guests from the Biden Inauguration

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” during the swearing-in ceremony. Gaga made a few appearances on Biden’s campaign trail ahead of the 2020 election.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez performed “This Land is Your Land,” and “America the Beautiful. Lopez, along with her partner, former baseball major leaguer Alex Rodriguez, endorsed Biden ahead of the election. Lopez and Rodriguez joined Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, for a virtual conversation about the importance of the Latino community. NPR

Garth Brooks, country music superstar and one of the best selling artists of all time, performed his rendition of “Amazing Grace.” In 2009, he sang “We Shall Be Free” at Barack Obama’s inauguration, when Biden was sworn in as vice president.
