We are back with our New Release Friday. Check out the full tracks and reviews below!
Zach Paradis | “thinkin bout you”
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, LA-based artist Zach Paradis mixes the sonics of pop and hip hop with the melodies and vulnerability of a singer-songwriter. He just released a new track, “thinking bout you.” What a cool track. I love the energy of the instrumentals. It pairs perfectly with his vocals. He has one of those voices that you just want to hear sing everything. Definitely a standout this week. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
Steven Araico | “Ivory Keys”
Steven Araico just released a new track, “Ivory Keys.” There is so much energy packed in this 2:22 song. The backing track is absolutely stunning and compliments his vocals completely. This song is definitely a vibe that will keep you wanting more. Production is also top notch. All in all, it is a strong performance that deserves your full attention. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
KID TRAVIS | “WHITE FLAG”
With solid melodic indie punk/trap undertones, Kid Travis sings a wide variety of styles of music with over 150 million streams on Spotify. Kid Travis has an active YouTube Channel with over 480k Subscribers & 60k on instagram where he posts both original music/ visuals as well as covers which have been recognized by artists such as Post Malone, Bryson Tiller, Rich Brian, and Dominic Fike. We have featured him quite a few times, and now he is back with a new track, “WHITE FLAG.” This is such a great track. It has such a catchy melody, which works well with the energy of the track. He has such a strong and unique voice. It is on full display here. Another strong performance by a super talented artist. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
Banners | “Tell You I Love You”
Having performed in Liverpool Cathedral’s choir from the age of 7, Banners aka Michael Nelson then went on to work as an assistant at Liverpool’s renowned Parr Street Studios with his father, record producer Ken Nelson who produced records for; Gomez, Badly Drawn Boy and Coldplay’s first three albums. Through that an opportunity arose to travel with his father to Canada, that eventually led to his own demos ending up in the hands of a producer Stephen Kozmeniuk (Koz) and things snowballed from there. Fast Forward to over a billion streams (you might recognise his hit ‘Someone To You‘), major syncs, some epic Tik Tok moments, a performance on Jimmy Kimmel and recently returning to the UK to launch a new chapter with Nettwerk. He just released a new track, “Tell You I Love You.” He has one of my favorite voices that I have heard in a long time. His delivery and his tone is something that a lot of artists strive for. A strong performance to end our New Release Friday. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
