We have quite a few releases for Tune in Thursday. Check out the full tracks and reviews below!
Trent Vine | “Weed & Caviar”
Trent Vine released, “Weed & Caviar.” The new track is really well done. The instrumentals are contagious and really energetic. They also compliment his vocals completely. His voice is put in the forefront of this track, which pays off nicely. He has such a great voice, so it is smart that the emphasis is placed primarily on his vocals. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
RISK | “7 minutes in heaven”
RISK released, “7 minutes in heaven.” This is definitely one of my favorites this week. This one has more of a pop/punk sound which is super cool. The instrumentals are strong. They do a great job at capturing the energy of the song, especially incorporating the build in the track. Vocally, it is really stunning. I love that this track brings back the the sound of the pop/punk songs that we listened to years ago and makes it modern. Make sure to add this one to your playlists as well!
Lucas Laufen | “Weathering”
Lucas Laufen just released, “Weathering.” This is such a beautiful track. It has a more acoustic sound, which is smart, considering how beautiful his voice his. His vocals are so soothing but strong at the same time. He has a unique ability to capture the emotion of the song and relay it to his listeners. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.

Jerrett Franklin grew up in a small town. He moved to Nashville to pursue a music career. After writing for a few different artists in the area, he decided to branch out and give local music the spotlight. That is where the idea for Music On The Rox originated from. We are dedicated to shining a light on local music and giving a voice to those who aren’t being heard.
