Jenil | “I Like To Move It”
Jenil is an International DJ & Music Producer from Manila, Philippines. Voted as #141 on DJ Mag Top 100 DJs in the World. With only 10 years in the industry, he played at the biggest music festivals, Ultra Music Festival in Europe & Amsterdam Dance Event in the Netherlands, counting prestigious nightclubs around the globe in Ibiza, Prague, Singapore, Hong Kong and many more. He just released, “I Like To Move It,” off of his album, Aspire. What an incredible version of a classic song. He puts his own spin on it and makes it completely different, which is impressive. This is definitely one that should be added to your workout playlists. In honor of this track, we have started a new workout playlist, which you can follow below!
Sass | “Bad Behavior”
Sass just released a catchy new single, “Bad Behavior.” The new track is very energetic. The backing track/instrumentals are well done and do a great job at setting up the vocals. Vocally, the track is dynamic and puts her voice at the forefront of the track, which is smart, considering how prominent her voice is. Definitely a standout this week. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
ari hicks | “Shut Up And Look Pretty”
“Shut Up And Look Pretty,” was just released by ari hicks. This track is a vibe. Thats it, thats the review. In all seriousness, this song has all kinds of attitude and such a bop. The backing track and production is on point. Her voice is front and center in the track, which is a huge benefit. All in all, this is a catchy song that you will be playing over and over. Make sure to add this one to your playlists.
Tate Logan | “Jessie’s Girl” (Rick Springfield Cover)
Tate Logan just released his version of, “Jessie’s Girl.” First off, can I say how they absolutely killed this song, in the best way possible. Seriously, this cover is very well done. When it comes to covers, it is important to make it your own. That is exactly what they did here. They took a well known song and put their own spin on it to make it feel fresh. Such a great version that you will keep on repeat. Definitely one to add to your playlists.

Jerrett Franklin grew up in a small town. He moved to Nashville to pursue a music career. After writing for a few different artists in the area, he decided to branch out and give local music the spotlight. That is where the idea for Music On The Rox originated from. We are dedicated to shining a light on local music and giving a voice to those who aren’t being heard.
