Faye Jule are back in 2022 with a brand new line up and an incredible single titled I Cried All Night. An international collective that spans the globe, the group comprises of four talented members who are redefining the genre of alternative dreampop.
Singers Chris Bates (Auckland, NZ), and Lawhon London from Austin, Tx, songwriter Stefan Landauer based in Berlin, and producer Kara Greskovic from Nashville TN, have come together to produce a track of exquisite beauty and a kaleidoscope of textures and sounds. Influenced by Billie Eilish, Khali and the experimental innovators of 80s pop The Cocteau Twins, “I Cried All Night,” is a pop ballad like no other. A male-female duet evoking long-forgotten emotions, the song is underpinned by a sumptuous piano, a laconic accordion and the deeply emotional sound of the Erhu; a Chinese two-stringed bowed musical instrument.
Promoted through an extensive Spotify campaign, video content, online streaming events, inclusion on radio station playlists and press coverage, I Cried All Night will have you weeping with joy as it takes you on a journey into the unknown. Join them as the new line up leads their audiences to distant horizons with music that will touch your soul in every single way.
